With my meshes:

• You may include with Sims.
• Recoloring Allowed but do not include mesh.
• Editing my meshes is not allowed
• You can convert for Sims 2 and Sims 3 if you give credit with a link to the original mesh
  

With my recolors:

• You may include with Lots.
• You may include with Sims.

General terms:

• Please give credit with a link when using my work.
• Do not distribute
• Do not claim my content as your own
• If you use put link for my site and not to the Sims File Share
• Ask me first before modifying/using.
• Let me know if you use my work.
